This patient had an archaic plug graft procedure 9 years ago. The results were sparse and very unnatural. To repair the plug grafts, first Dr Hasson performed a brow lift, then excised the plug grafts. These corrective surgeries were followed by a hair transplant of 3170 follicular units to restore the frontal hairline and temples.
